Revised July 2011 - email addresses updated

The Office of Open Records is responsible for enforcing and implementing the state’s Right-to-Know Law and serving as a resource to citizens, public officials and members of the media.  Our goal is to ensure open and honest government in Pennsylvania through the use of the state’s open-access laws.

If you have questions about this law, or any aspect of our Office, and would like to conduct an interview, please contact Executive Director Terry Mutchler or Deputy Director Nathan Byerly at 717.346.9903. You are welcome to email us at tmutchler@pa.gov; nbyerly@pa.gov.  If you are on deadline, please let us know that in the message so that we can prioritize your call.
