If a Final Determination issued by OOR is appealed to the Courts - it will appear in the APPEALED section under the Court it has been appealed to: Commonwealth Court or Court of Common Pleas. If a court has issued an opinion on a Final Determination - it will appear in the APPEALED section under the heading JUDICIALLY DECIDED. It will also appear on the page titled "JUDICIAL DECISIONS"
